Receive and wear
Every piece is checked, cleaned and photographed before it’s sent. You wear it as long as you like. Fallen in love? Buy it with 10% or 20% off.
Send back and swap
Drop your pieces at a pickup point with the label from the app, no need to wash them: dry cleaning is on us. Their value goes back into your budget, and you choose your next selection.

Delivery and swaps

Practical questions
Your first monthly payment is taken when you sign up, then every month on the same date. Your invoices are in the Membership section of the app.
By bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is secured by Stripe.
Normal signs of wear are never charged. With the Club+, everyday stains and accidents are covered. With the Club, you can add the Pack Zen to any order.

As long as your membership is active, there’s no return date. When it ends, you have 7 days to drop your pieces at a pickup point. After that, a late fee applies, and you’ll get reminders before the deadline.
Yes, anytime, with your member discount: 10% with the Club, 20% with the Club+. You have 14 days to change your mind.
Yes, in the app. Upgrading to the Club+ is immediate: you only pay the difference, pro rata for the current month. Switching back to the Club takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Anytime, from the Membership section of the app. Your access stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you have 7 days to send your pieces back.
